Terms and Conditions

Purchase of products

Agreement is made between a Buyer ('You') and Seller ('Us', 'We', 'Our') from the moment when You form a shopping cart, specify delivery address, choose delivery and payment method, read Terms and Conditions and press "Confirm Order" button.

Price and payment options

Product prices are showen in Euros.

We will send you an proforma invoice first.

We accept these payment methods:

• PaySera.lt (Mokėjimai.lt) online payment service in Lithuania and all EU countries.
• PayPal.com the most popular online payment service.
• Internet banking (only in Lithuania). We will provide our bank account details for you to make the payment.

You will be informed about successful payment by e-mail.

Delivery

We prepare a parcel of goods in 24 hours, only when the payment is received. We calculate the delivery time from the moment the payment was made. We commit to manufacture product in 5-7 days if We do not have it in a warehouse.
Parcels shipped in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are delivered by LP Express courier or other courier company. When you buy in Lithuania delivery is free of charge if more than 50 euro is spent.
Delivery fee is calculated if a parcel is sent to other countries. Fee depends on country the parcel is being shipped to and the weight of the parcel. We send orders internationally. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage. We will assume the parcel was delivered in a good condition and the product is not damaged, unless You or anybody at the delivery address have noted any damage on delivery record when You accepted the parcel.

Returns and Refunds

We commit to accept the returned product only if it is damaged or does not comply with the order. In this case we offer an equivalent product or a full refund.
If you did not like colour, shape or size of the product, we can exchange it with equivalent product. In this case, You are paying for returned delivery.
You are responsible for packaging and delivery of the product. You pay the delivery fees. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs which you may have paid when placing your order. If the product is not packaged properly, we can refuse to accept returned goods.

Prior to dispatch the product, you must  inform us by e-mail or telephone.

Privacy policy

Grazusmedis.lt (we and us) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. 
We guarantee, your details will not be disclosed to third parties unrelated to Our e-shop. Your details are needed only for e-shop to properly conduct e-commerce, to authorize the
customer, to deliver the goods ordered or interact with Our customers. By pressing the button "Confirm Order", you confirm that you agree to present your personal details (e-mail, name, surname, address etc.) entered in the registration form to Us.
